Care Instructions
We use the highest-quality materials wherever possible. Because many of our pieces are made from premium 100% cotton, a small amount of shrinkage can occur during the first wash and drying cycle.
Always follow the care instructions on the label. As a general rule:
Wash on a low temperature
Do not tumble dry — air dry for the best results
Through our own testing, we’ve seen that 100% cotton garments may shrink slightly if exposed to high heat.
If you regularly tumble dry your clothes, we recommend ordering one size up to allow for natural shrinkage.
When will I get my order?
If you’ve ordered from one of our pre-order drops, delivery is usually around 14 working days after the drop closes. This allows time for production and quality checks.
Items in the Everything Else section are in stock and will ship within 1–2 working days of your order. Unless otherwise stated. Some of our items are available on a print on demand service and this will be clearly marked on the product.
If you order Everything Else items alongside pre-order products, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.
Subscriptions ship once per month following production.
Subscriptions placed before the end of the month will receive the next issue.
Subscriptions placed after the monthly cut-off will roll into the following month’s issue.
Tracking is provided on dispatch for all orders.
