Q: Will items ever restock?
A: No restocks. No reruns.
When a drop ends, it’s gone.
That’s the whole point of a Dead Drop.

Q: Why do you use pre-orders?
A: We only make what gets ordered.
Zero waste. Zero dead stock.
Just limited runs for the ones who move fast.
Q: When does my order get made?
A: We start production after the drop window closes.
You order → We make it → You get it.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Once production’s done — usually 2 weeks after the drop ends.
We keep you updated along the way.
SHIPPING
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently we only offer shipping to the UK. This however,, may change in the future
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Calculated at checkout based on your position in the world.
Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes — when your gear is deployed, you’ll receive tracking to monitor its progress.
ORDER ISSUES
Q: My address is wrong — what now?
A: Message us ASAP.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
If it has… we’ll see what we can do. No promises.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived.
A: Check tracking first.
Still no sign? Contact us.
Q: My product arrived damaged.
A: That’s not the standard.
Send us photos, and we’ll put it right.

Q: What is the Misdrop?
A: Random stickers and rare pieces that show up on an ad-hoc basis.
Limited as hell, blink and they’re gone.
Q: When does Misdrop restock?
A: It doesn’t.
